問一家hostel-St Clair Hotel - 溫哥華

之後要去溫哥華玩個5~6天，最近開始找便宜的住宿，
剛剛找到這間:

這間St Clair Hotel很便宜，而且旁邊就是Granville Skytrain，
想說交通應該算很方便吧~(?

想問問看這附近的治安如何?
如果想到市中心的鬧區閒逛的話，是走路就能到的距離嗎?
