如題，出門太急了。但郵輪處理報到手續的人說沒關係。我們已經在船上了。請問有了綠卡還可以用有效的combo卡入境美國嗎。 謝謝。

只要沒有在船上免稅店大量消費,紐約這關都不必處理custom
