35歲拿到綠卡還需要註冊美國兵役嗎 - 移民

不好意思，又有綠卡相關問題想請教

先生35歲今年一月收到綠卡，律師信其中一條規定如下：

MILITARY OBLIGATIONS
Males between the ages of 18 and 25 must register for the draft within 30 days
of becoming a permanent resident. In addition, all males should register with
the U.S. Selective Service as soon as they turn 18. This can be done at most
U.S. post offices. Note that this is strictly a registration. No active draft
is in effect at this time.

很明顯先生不在上列規定年齡範圍，請問是否不需再進行任何相關後續動作呢？已爬文看
到有人回說之後公民考試有可能會被提問為何沒有登記而受影響，想參考一下大家的經驗
