3電信公司的feel at home方案 - 英國

3有出 All You Can Eat方案，目前有想要在英國辦這個方案。
但接下來會去其他國家旅遊，3有出一個feel at home方案。http://goo.gl/dLnULw
其中這條款有一句：If you’re on a SIM phone plan, you’ll need to have been
with Three for 30 days before you can use your phone abroad.
這邊有點看不懂，是不是說必須要使用這張sim卡達30天以上才能符合使用feel at home
的資格?

還是說只要到當地儲值吃到飽，帶著這張sim卡前往feel at home的國家一樣就可適用優
惠呢?
