請問大家
健檢表中有一頁需要貼上copy of insurance card
這好像是繳了保險費後才有吧
但是8/1就要把表格寄給學校
請問大家怎麼處理呢?

You don't need to mail it back to BU. International
students can turn in the form before 9/6.
