DV2020 - confirmation number 遺失 - 移民

幫朋友問的.

朋友最近收到KCC寄給他的 email, 標題是 2020AS000XXXXX Future Documents Required.

他不知道自己是否有中, 想查詢USCIS官方網站, 不過發現之前存的 confirmation number 檔案遺失(刪掉)了! 用 forgot confirmation number 也查不到自己的號碼... 會顯示輸入的資料錯誤...

請問這樣還有其他辦法可以下載 selected letter嗎？ 還是(幸運的話, 號碼current)到時候可以直接上去填DS-260?? 不用出示 selected letter...
