不知道是快或慢但今天終於收到綠卡來分享一下
03/09/2020 Joined Microsoft fulltime (converted from vendor)
03/16/2020 EB-2 application started
04/06/2020 Perm questionnaire uploaded to the immigration team
12/23/2020 Perm filed
08/05/2020 Perm audit - Provide info about other interviewed candidates
10/25/2021 Perm approved
12/08/2021 i-140/i-765/i-131/i-485 filed with i-693 without pp (LIN)
Manager missed the PP request email
01/14/2022 Added pp to i-140
01/21/2022 i-140 approved
02/15/2022 biometrics taken
03/22/2022 Case was transfered to National Benefit Center
04/18/2022 i-485 RFE for i-693 ???
Not mentioning anything missing so I suspect the record might be
lost during the transfer
05/13/2022 i-485 RFE responded (with exact the same i-693 with new date)
06/17/2022 i-485 approved
06/21/2022 The card is picked up by USPS
06/25/2022 Received the card
從file perm開始到收到卡總共約18個月，如果下面這些狀況應該12個月左右就搞定
Perm被audit 硬生生就是多半年
由於正逢年底主管休假導致immigration team無法跟主管確認pp
所以pp是在-140發出後才補，不過幸好只多耗了約3周
最迷的是485被RFE i-693，連診所和律師都不清楚為何被RFE(只說要補)
最後發了一份一模一樣只改了日期的出去，不過一來以往又是多3個月
總之拿到綠卡了，懸著的一顆心也放下了，也祝各位也可以順利通過申請
