申請過程歷經16個月，其中I-140 批准等了九個月，是整個過程的速率決定步
驟。畢業後第一間公司的律師錯過辦H-1b的時間，讓我體會到自己工作的權益要自己掌握
才好。為求不出差錯，I-140 有另外找比較有經驗的律師幫忙。填表、收集推薦函和準備
補充資料前前後後大概花了三個多月。I-485本想自己送件，不過因為自己正準備換工作
，再加上決定和剛畢業的太太一起申請，所以還是決定找律師諮詢和幫忙比較安心。很幸
運沒有遇到RFE，所以整個過程還算順利。
