以下分享申請經驗
大多數的美國移民簽證分為三種
親屬移民 職業移民 樂透移民
職業移民裡有兩種不需要雇主支持
即為 EB1-A 與 EB2-NIW
我這次是申請 EB2-NIW 它必須滿足三個條件
1)申請人在其工作領域有重要價值
2)未來的工作將有利於美國且為國家級規模
3)申請人若申請工作證將使美國的利益受損

2016.11.21 receive I-797C receipt notice
2016.12.23 I-140 case was approved
2017.01.23 case was transferred to NVC
