原本兩位室友的租約到期 七月中就會搬離
因此如果有今年要來GU、GWU的就可以考慮

地點: River Place South, Lynn St.與Wilson Blvd.交叉口
有鄰近的Rosslyn Metro Station及Georgetown U.的校車
走路至學校的Lauinger Library約30分鐘
(我走路較快 約20分鐘 30分鐘是一般速度)

室友: 這是2 Bedrooms/1 Bathroom的房型, 要出租其中一個房間 室友是兩個男生

租金: 685/month 包水電瓦斯管理費(健身房,游泳池)
只需另繳約30/month的網路電視費

時間: 原租約是到7/20 但是可以提早幾天搬入(7/15或更早)
7/20後開始算房租
