自從2月concurrently filed 140+485 (EB2) 後, 三不五時就上上USCIS看processing time.
剛剛查了一下, 送件的NBC 485 processing time 竟然顯示 16.5 Months to 22.5 Months! 這也太驚人了! 我的field office則是顯示 11.5 Months to 23 Months...
請問一般推算processing time是要用 service center還是field office的時間呢? 不過無論哪一個, processing times都太久了吧...
然後我的i-765 也pending 99天了. 以現在的 3-5 months 來講是不是得再等一陣子才適合SR?
