i-539 pending時送i-485 - 移民

借標題問一下

我與我配偶i94 05/2022會過期

我們在12/2021同時申請H1B, H4 extension

我的i-129在今天02/02/2022剛通過

但我配偶的i-539 還在pending

查了一下process time要 11 - 14.5 months ...

我在10/2021 file i-140 沒有pp

目前140 pending 有打算這一個月pp

我的公司只願意在04/2022讓我們file 485

我的問題是

如果配偶要file 485是不是只能回台灣一趟

放棄i-539 去ait面試h4 extension 回美在file 485?

或是

我的配偶可以在四月file 485嗎?

五月時i94過期 但 539/485 都pending中 配偶還可以留在美國嗎？

如果配偶只能回台灣一趟 我如果也想陪她回去

是否要等到回美在一起file 485比較好？

原i94過期，配偶539/485 pending，這樣配偶是使用53
9 半年的grace period合法留在美國嗎？如果是的話，
如果539 grace period過後，539還是沒通過是不是只能
離境了？
