I-765填表問題 - 移民

各位好,最近在準備申請combo卡
對I-765的item 26.有點疑惑
26.student and exchange visitor information system (sevis) number (if any)
我入境時是J-1 visa, DS-2019上有SEVIS number
但是去年已經轉成H1-b了,不知道是否要填上以前number

查到有教學是說只寫目前有效的F或J
我自己對Instruction的理解是以前有過的就要填
If you were issued a SEVIS number, enter it in the space provided.

請問有經驗的板友,這一欄需要填嗎
