I140 有recipe嗎? - 移民

請問一下喔我今天收到 I485, I765, I131的 recipe可是沒有看到I140的
這樣正常嗎?
另外我File concurrent, EB2 I485 上面有打priority date on May 31 2013
那不會代表他們才辦到2013 5 月吧?
前一陣子他們update的proceesing time明明就寫已經到8 月2013了說...
請問是甚麼回事呀? 律師居然把我丟到TSC....
