我目前持H1B
上次入境是2017 Aug 05自Rainbow Bridge
但上次有經過海關的入境是2017 May 20 at JFK
不太確定要填哪個
查了我的i94
發現most recent i94和travel history寫的不一樣

Most Recent Date of Entry: 2017 May 20
Class of Admission : H1B
完全沒提到加拿大陸路入境
但在travel history裏頭是這樣

爬了一些文發現各家說法不一
有的說以most recent arrival為準
有的說要填的是inspected and admitted by CBP at a designated U.S. port of entry
請問我該填哪個呢?

我2013-2015為全職學生
在2013持F1入境美國前在台灣也都沒有全職工作 只有打工性質的兼職
而且往後推也已經超過五年
所以在這兩張表格裡的most recent employment outside of the US
要詳填最後一個打工？
或是N/A, 還是留空就好？
有需要在最後附加欄說明full time student prior to 2015嗎?

USCIS account number
指的是USCIS login account id嗎?
但id並非數字
還是現持i797A上面的receipt number?
