I485遞交 （I140 NIW approved) - 移民

各位好，

小弟去年11月的NIW I140已經通過，並且想要請Wegreened繼續幫忙I485，詢問後律師不打算接I485的case。原因如下

You cannot enter the US with an F visa if you have settled immigrant intent (i.e., intent to file an I-485 to apply for adjustment of status to permanent resident while in the US) - doing so is considered visa fraud since F visa requires strict nonimmigrant intent.

Please note that waiting 90 days after entering the US on F1/F2 with intent to submit the I-485 application does not "cure" the visa fraud issue.

而且律師讓我們夫妻都使用CP申請綠卡，這讓我非常的困擾，若使用CP申請代表我無法繼續在美工作，對我的職涯有很大的影響。請問各位大大建議我找別的律師幫忙還是想辦法自己申請？
