大家好，我目前正在申請 CR1 婚姻綠卡
先生是美國公民，我是台灣人，在台灣結婚遞件
先生 2019 年來台灣，在台灣目前是自己創業，從 2019 開始就沒有美國境內收入
先前提供的財力證明包含：
1. 2020 報稅資料（這年在台灣，收入低於貧窮線）
2. 另外補充文件有 2017, 2018 報稅資料
（2017/2018 為在美國時的收入，超過說明書要求的貧窮線 125%）
3. 一棟超過貧窮線 125% 且還完貸款的美國房地產，含銀行估值文件
另外我本人的收入也超過貧窮線 125%，不過我猜 NVC 應該沒有在看這個
目前進度
2021/03/02 Sent I-130 to USICS
2021/08/25 Case approved
2021/08/27 Paid AOS/IV fee
2021/09/07 Submitted I864/AOS supporting documents
2021/09/07 Submitted DS-260 form
2021/12/03 NVC notice: RFE
以下是被要求的補件
1. Please submit every 2020 W-2/1099 form for petitioner
2. This case does not meet the minimum income requirement to sponsor
the intending immigrants. To avoid delays, an additional Affidavit
of Support Form I-864 from a joint sponsor may be submitted.

請問各位
1. 先生只有 1099，沒有 W2，只上傳 1099 會再被 RFE 嗎？
2. Joint sponsor 是必要的嗎？還是只是建議要有？
3. 因為是自行創業，能提供的只有 a letter from the employer on business
letterhead. 這樣會再被 RFE 嗎？
另外想分享，關於版上最常見被 REF 的出生證明, 我本來以為我也會被 REF
我照著說明書指示，交了這三項就通過了
1. 戶政事務所英文版原始個人除戶戶籍謄本（含出生欄記事）
2. 出生醫院手寫的中文出生證明書
3. 戶政事務所英文版現戶全戶戶籍謄本
沒有公證也不用找人翻譯，給未來要遞件的人參考看看
