Is Elmhurst's Time Warner Channel 73 working fine? - 紐約

Hello folks,

Is there anyone who lives in Elmhurst can tell me Channel 73 (Chinese
Channel) is working fine or not?

My channel 73 is not working fine for a week or so.

I appreciate any info can be provided by you.
