Issue-- 適用在社會, 大團體或組織中有所爭議的話題...通常是較公開性, 廣泛性探討的議題
Ex: Today we are going to focus on "the issue of children's education."
Agenda-- 指的是一般會議 (如公司) 議程, 待辦事項等等將會經由此次會議討論甚或做出決議的主題
Ex: Attached please find "the agenda for the upcoming conference" this Friday.
