Kaiser 檢疫報告last name錯了 - 舊金山

前天跟老婆去做Kaiser COVID-19 test結果發現老婆的last name是我的姓，跟他的護照l
ast name不同，該怎辦也沒辦法改。
目前是打算登機時帶出示insurance card證明報告是本人，因為報告上有保險號碼，然後
卡片上的名字是跟護照一樣。
想請問有人跟我有一樣狀況嗎？
