目前條件如下，TOP 15 美國化工PhD一年級，總引用11，一作兩篇，會議一作論文三篇，
無審稿。

我的情況比較複雜，原本已經找到加州半導體業的工作打算Quit，諮詢系上秘書後，確定
可以畢業，簽offer，但最後系上秘書搞錯畢業門檻，大概還需要半年才可以拿碩士畢業
，有感於身分造成的困擾，想同時進行其他管道解決身分問題。
問題如下:
1. 想問問是否應該開始著手文件，還是等引用數高一點，拿到Wegreened - Approval or
refund再來申請 (近期內還會再發一篇Journal 3作)，出生地在臺灣，沒有排期問題。
2. 如果半年後碩士畢業，是否要等到OPT-Extension後再送出NIW申請
