NIW CP IVP DS-260 填表civil documents - 移民

板友們大家好

目前人在美國境內工作 美國企業工作 (F1-STEM-OPT PhD degree in US college)

NIW-EB2 I-140已通過

正在NVC處理DS-260填表問題 (只有一位主申請人 無任何其他副申請人)

NVC給的welcome letter除了有NVC case number及invoice number

還有一份document cover sheet 應該是郵寄文件至NVC所需要的文件

（由於NIW走CP無法電子上傳文件 根據前人所述 必須郵寄文件）

我將所需文件清單勾選內容放到下圖

問題1: "3. Signed Affidavit of Support(s)" 圖中的第三項
由於是已經是exempt from AOS 所以這邊可以全免文件嗎?

問題2: Military Record這部分 當時是替代役 看了替代役的英文退役證明書是寫
"substitute services discharge certificate" 由此判斷非為military service
證書上面issued by the Ministry of the Interior內政部 也非國防部

由此推定DS-260關於是否military service 填否
且文件上不用附此替代役英文退役證明書

請問這樣理解是正確的嗎?


問題3: 請問只需要這些文件嗎?

Photocopies of Supporting Documents:
Valid, unexpired passport
Birth Certificate with translation
(出生證明 及 出生時戶籍謄本 Household Registration Transcript)*
Police Certificate(s) with translation
(所有居住地除了美國之外的當地無犯罪紀錄 需是六個月內發布的文件 有時效性）
