NVC出生證明 - 移民

各位前輩們好

前陣子剛繳交文件給NVC

出生證明是繳交
-戶政事務所的中文出生證明翻譯+公證
-戶政事務所的英文戶籍謄本(partial)

結果收到回覆：

We cannot accept the birth certificate document you sent us. You must send a photocopy of the correct
document, issued by the appropriate authority in your country of birth, so we can continue to process
your case.

看不出來應該要補什麼文件，

爬文猜想是不是因為英文戶籍謄本上沒有出生記事
或是應該要回出生醫院申請英文出生證明再公證呢
有大大遇過類似的問題嗎？謝謝！
