想請問版上各位，我今天在QLD監理站換新牌（本來是VIC牌），順便繳回原車牌，監理站
給了一張receipt for bulk plate surrender，這張是會幫我向vic road申請取消車牌、
退回剩下的rego費用，還是我還得自己再提出申請？
因為看了網站是寫 The interstate authority will provide you with a receipt that
you can then submit along with your refund request if there are remaining day
s on the Victorian registration.
