We are looking for an assistant to help in our sales department. We are an imp
orter/wholesaler of variety of cables located in Chino Hills, CA. Looking for
detail oriented and self motivated person. Bilingual (English and Mandarin) is
preferred. No experience required, will train from entry level.
Job Responsibilities:
Process sales orders received from the customers
Resolve any sales order related issues
Process purchase orders and receive inventories in the system
Respond to emails, phone calls, and other forms of correspondence
Answer telephone calls and assist customers
Maintain customer database
