T-mobile無法儲值 - 北美

大家好

這幾天剛到San Diego準備要念語言學校。

處理宿舍和銀行的是發現電話很重要，於是..

買了prepaid phone+一張100的儲值卡(想說期限為一年)

剛剛上網開啟，也得到手機號碼了！

可是當我輸入完儲值卡密碼後，他就顯示

This refill card number is invalid. Please contact Customer Care at *TOGO
from your T-Mobile phone for assistance.

= =這該怎麼辦？
100該不會就不見了吧！

試著打電話儲值，聽不懂再說什麼...
