本來計畫好的法國行因為媽媽腰傷所以必須取消 嗚嗚
結果在TGV退票卻一直鬼打牆退不成
我知道特價票不能退 所以有部分TGV的票不能退
但是註明可以退票的票卻也退不成
這樣應是可以退票的意思吧:
If ticket not used, 100% refundable/exchangeable up to train departure date.
50% refundable/exchangeable on train departure date before train departure
hour with a 10EUR charge. Thereafter, no refund allowed. EUR 9 tickets are
usually non refundable. Subject to administrative charges in country of
purchase.
但是我連TGV的網頁 輸入代碼和姓名後卻出現如下網頁:

(抱歉不會縮網址)
還有好幾組票要退 拜託大家指點迷津 謝謝
