The apartment is located at a really convenient location,
on the Ave and 55th.
71, 72, 73 bus stop is right there in the front door,
so it is really easy to go anywhere
And it is within walking distance to restaurants, Safeway, and UW campus.
The apartment is a huge 3 bedroom/ 2 bath unit in great condition.
The room available in May is the one with private bathroom for $408 only!!
The current two roommates are students.
So we prefer students to join us, but all are welcome.
