請教一下有申請到Victoria state nomination for 190 visa的先進們，申請得到這個
州擔保是有有什麼要訣? 我去年8月沒申請到，每次申請要等6個月。從州政府的回信也
看不出是那個弱點讓我出局。回信內容只是一個general 的 feedback- although the applicant
meets the minimal requirement... 我目前的總分只有55，沒州擔保的5分沒法提出申請。
希望有申請到的人能分享要訣，我把申請要交的文件，以及我認為的準備重點列在下面
chronological CV (工作經驗和申請的occupation越相關越好。但是某些領域很難有工作的，
例如我的occupation是life scientist, 但最近的工作清一色是資料分析和統計。生物學在
台灣實在沒啥工作可做，實出於無奈)

your intention to live and work in Victoria
- Why they would prefer to live in Victoria instead of the state/territory in
which they have previously lived
- Why they do not want to live in the state/territory in which they had previously
lived
- Their professional prospects in Victoria compared to the other states/
territories
對於境外申請者，第1及第2個問題實在沒意義，點過就好。第3個問題大家會如何寫呢?
我想重要應該是表達出你有能力在該州找到工作。你在該州的就業市場有很大的潛力。
IELTS (Minimal requriement varies from occupation to occupation)只接受雅思成績嗎?
financial proof(錢越多越好嗎? 還是有達30k就好了?)
skill assessment( 當然要過，不必多說. 工作經驗應該是這分report上有recognised
的才算)
work experience(不知道有沒有要在10年內的限制，網頁上是沒有這樣說。只有是要在畢
業之後的才算)
希望有申請到的先進指點一下。migration agent能答就更好了，我能拿到nomination才能
lodge EOI
