朋友臨時決定回台灣所以要轉租現住的公寓請我代為處理, 地點就在b-line 上的
Brighton Ave. / Packard’s corner離88超市走路只要一分鐘. 很適合BU或BC的學生.
公寓是大樓一樓的兩房一廚房一衛浴. 沒有客廳但是廚房不小可以兼做餐廳. 附基本家具
, 管理員的辦公室就在大樓一樓, 有問題需要維修都可以隨時聯繫. 洗衣房就在大樓地下
室. 房租$650包含熱水暖器. 需要長期的話也可以續租下一年的合約.
公寓內另一間房也會在5/12-8/31這段時間空出來. 房租是$750全包 .
