剛剛收到律師通知說USCIS寄信來說我的I-485, 765, 131被拒了，原因是Nebraska 中心不接受信用卡付款...
律師寄給我的信的說法如下：“We regret to inform you that USICS has erroneously rejected the AOS packages claiming that the credit card form cannot be used for payment for your application although the form can be used at any USCIS PO box."USCIS 寄給律師的信內容為以下：" A credit card is not an acceptable form of payment for forms direct-filed at NSC. You may resubmit your application with a proper type of payment.
"希望這資訊能幫助到也想用信用卡付款的申請者，用信用卡付款前請再三思啊……同時也想請問有人遇過類似的情況嗎？這會影響很大嗎？律師的意思是理論上應該是可以接受信用卡付款的，但是NSC "erroneously rejected" 是這樣嗎？只能說自己運氣不好呢？還是本來律師就不應該寄到NSC?
