信用卡定火車票 - 德國

我剛剛用中國信託visa卡預定了火車票.

看到他 mail 回來的確認信

出現了一段字

The foreign bank cards with track magnetic and the chart American Express
cannot be used for a withdrawal in Automatic Ticketting.

請問這是代表我的中國信託卡能不能取票 ?
