信用卡退稅的問題@@ - 德國

之前12月去法國玩

退稅的錢幾乎都退到信用卡去了

唯獨有一筆一直沒收到

結果最近幾天收到一封信

上頭寫著

"please find your vat refund for the following purchases attached'

接著第二頁是 "Amount in figures" USD 35.11

然後上頭印著 "Account payee only"


請問這是退稅失敗的意思嗎＠＠？



我到Global Blue的網站查詢我的 DOC ID

得到以下訊息:

Your refund cheque has been identified. A bank check has been sent to the
given address. If you have any further queries, please contact Customer
Service at Global Blue Group [email protected]



感覺是退稅成功啊？只是怎麼變成支票會寄到我留的地址呢？

有點搞不懂 QQ
