When family disagree with something, She will help communicate each other.
男人不能只因力氣比女人大就施展大男人主義，像平埔族的西拉雅文化就是母性社會。
I think Men shouldn't support masculinist because stronger than women.
Such as the culture of Siraya of Pingpu tribes is a maternal society.
我們應達到真正的男女平等，互相尊重。
We should complete Gender Equality, equal pay for equal work.

I try not to alter your original idea as much. After all, it is your own reflection after reading the article. I only change "equal pay for equal work", because it doesn't cohere with what you have said.
