停車罰單 - 西雅圖

被開的單是No Payment/No receipt $40
實際上應該算是improper display
沒有擺在儀表板上明顯位置
是在停車場不是路邊

這種應該要影印文件書面申請contested hearing 然後等prehearing?
還是電話申請hearing, 等他們schedule prehearing然後出示文件

應該可以期待最多算我improper display的錢吧?
(我有收據也可以印credit card statement)
