I don't know if Tacloban airport is fully operation
al for civilian use. Before Haiyan, both Cebupacifi
c and PAL have daily flights from Manila to Tacloba
n. I suggest you look up the flight updates on thei
r websites.

宿霧到獨魯萬有cebupacific的班機，但班次少特價也少，
不會比坐快船轉van方便，況且如果Tacloban的機場能用，
