北美 F1 to H4 的問題 - 移民

最近剛拿到我的H1b approval notice,
準備要幫老婆把她的F1-OPT 轉成 h4
不過uscis網站看了老半天還是有點問題
所以想請問一下大家

我在在instruction上看到說change of status需要的基本文件是
1. I-539 form
2. $300
3. 我老婆的I-94, 護照, I20, and maybe EAD card 影本
4. 我的H1b approval notice影本
5. 我們的結婚證書影本

不過在instruction上第七項還有列
A. Form I-129 filed for that employee or a copy of the filing
receipt noting that the petition is pending with USCIS

請問我如果已經收到approval notice, 這一項應該就不需要吧?
