想要請問升遷對於目前工作綠卡(EB2)申請這個階段的影響。
目前綠卡的階段是在要準備刊登廣告的階段，都還沒進入PERM
若是升遷，只有涉及到薪資調整，但是沒有該改職稱
或是涉及到該改職稱，想要請問個別對於目前申請綠卡的影響是什麼？

因為我跟Tech Lead提出加薪,Teac Lead說ok，但是要之後跟Manager討論。
然後詢問此案件的律師只這樣回答：
