台灣光復前出生證明 - 移民

大家好

目前想幫父母辦綠卡，父親出生於台灣光復前因此戶政事務所無法提供出生證明，只有光
復後第一次登記戶籍的紀錄，請問這樣可以當做辦綠卡的出生證明嗎？有沒有其他方法？
