樓上是四個臥室 其他三個房間住的都是台灣過來UW的graduate students

所有的傢俱都有 微波爐洗碗機書櫃書桌床墊 每個房間都有walk-in closet

房租755元/人 含所有utility：水電網路 (parking extra)

Nordheim Court是UW新蓋進入第六年的off campus dorm，
住了一年下來，覺得這裡最好的還是周邊環境，都是學生所以閒雜人等少。
-走路一分鐘能到的mall: University Village，有24hr的QFC supermarket，
Apple store, Barnes & Nobles bookstore, shopping and some good restaurants.
-對面有一個小plaza,有乾洗店，mexican food, physical therapy, 理髮店, 兩家Inn
-下個block 有 Mcdonalds, Japanese Cuisine, pizza, subway.
-離Burke-Gilman Trail 很近，騎腳踏車十分中內到UW，走路二十五分
-有兩班公車到華大，十五分內到達UW/一班公車到downtown Seattle Center
-有宿舍自己的Gym和community center。
-公共空間寬敞，廚房和客廳加起來九到十坪。
