拿到綠卡但遺EAD - 移民

想請問各位大大，我在十二月中的時候綠卡通過但是綠卡寄出時我剛好在國外，所以入境
的時候用A P.

應該是過程中不小心遺失了EAD卡，已經file loss report到機場但是到目前都沒有下文.

目前已經收到綠卡，
1. 請問我需要擔心綠卡更新的時候會要求EAD正本嗎？
2. 會不會有Identity theft的疑慮，需要file police report?

已經詢問過律師沒有得到正面回答，只跟我說you may wish to file a police report.
也沒有說到會被盜ID的可能.
