有關國際駕照 - 紐澳

看了一下Hertz Australia的官網

Driver’s Licence Requirements

As the renter you are required to present a valid driver’s licence at the
time of pickup. You and any person driving the vehicle must be 21 years of
age or over (unless approved in writing by Hertz) and must hold a current
drivers licence that:

is in English or, if not in English, is accompanied by a certified English
translation;
is valid for driving the vehicle;
is not a learner’s permit;
the driver has held for at least twelve consecutive months;
Renters from China can use a China Notarial Certificate (CNC) and is used in
place of an International Driving Permit, however their original Chinese
licence MUST accompany the driver as well as the CNC.

您指的應該是黃色那句
它是要求駕駛人持有駕照至少12個月(連續)
所以重點是您臺灣駕照是什麼時候取得的 不是國際駕照
國際駕照只是臺灣駕照的譯本證明而已，
因為臺灣駕照以中文作成，外國人看不懂，需要國際駕照輔助
但國際駕照本身不是駕照
因此在國外出示駕照，需同時出示國際駕照與臺灣駕照
(各外國租車公司規定都是如此，只是櫃檯人員常常没要求看臺灣駕照而已)
