原來是因為那張票有兩段旅程
一段是TGV
另一段是TER

TGV那段才是有優惠
另外則是原價, 所以才會exchangeable

會買頭等艙是因為二等艙的prem只便宜一歐
試了幾次才跑出這個頭等艙的優惠
後來我還是訂了而且加保險
