promotion eat local food.很奇怪吧？吃在地食物是一件打算要去作的事
所以應該去掉 that 而改成不定詞片語 to eat local food

help 後要放原形動詞keep ，or prevent from也可
3.The amount of water and land used to produce meat is as much as crop .
前項的用地是為了生產肉品， 是用來種農作物地的許多倍，許多倍的部分尚
未翻譯出來
A is as much as xxx times B . A 項和數倍的B項一樣多
所以 as much as many times crop.

that 如果是名詞子句的話,必須有自己的主詞,動詞,自己形成一完整的句子,因為eat前面沒有主詞，所以它不是，如果它要引導附屬子句，它也不是，因為子句裡面就是沒有主詞
