申請eta最後簽名欄位問題 - 加拿大

抱歉打擾版友

昨天幫我媽申請eta時

到最後簽名欄位

依照畫面指示打上護照的英文名字(ex:WANG, DA-MING)

一直出現紅框說：

Must begin with an alphabetic character and must only contain alphabetic
characters or the following special characters: hyphens, apostrophes or spaces

無法進入下一步去付款

但我如果打WANG DA MING

就可以到下一步付款了

請問沒有跟護照用法一模一樣

會不會有什麼問題
