大家好，關於綠卡體檢的部分，做了備忘錄，想分享給需要的人這些資訊:)
移民體檢 (須帶證件和過往的疫苗接種紀錄)
所需疫苗 ：
1. MMR (2 doses)
2. Tdap ( 1 dose, record has to be within 10 years)
3. Varicella (2 doses if you never get chickenpox, not for pregnant women
or woman who wants to get pregnant within 3 months / or blood test for antibod
y)
4. Covid vaccine (2 doses)
5. flu shot (1 dose, if you do the medical exam during flu season )
Fee
include regular blood test, but not include the cost for
any vaccines
Report will be ready in 4 working days
One copy & one sealed in an sealed envelope
p.s. 本人的情況是10/29/2021線上更新寄出RFIE信件
美國保險如果有給付當然最好，如果沒有，
你人又剛好在台灣，可以先準備好需要自費的疫苗施打或者驗抗體，
至少可以省一半以上的費用，供大家參考。
