紐西蘭Kindergarten及Learning Center - 紐西蘭

想請問紐西蘭Kindergarten及Learning Center的差別在哪啊？
查到有人寫說Kindergarten是公立的，
但我看Education Counts上很多名稱是Kindergarten
卻不在Auckland Kindergarten Association。

Early Learning Services分類中大部分都是Education & Care，
而Education & Care中有些叫Kindergarten有些叫Learning Center，都是私立的，
是單純名稱不一樣但實質一樣？還是有教學、課程安排、收費上的差別呢？

另外想請問有大大可以分享Playcentre的經驗嗎？
