我現在是F1 預計6月畢業 沒有申請OPT
和老公預計下個星期寄出i130/i485
我看i-765 的instruction
F1沒有OPT 好像不能申請employment authorization
這樣是不是代表我不用填 i765 那張表格
我拿到綠卡之前也不能去找工作就是?
再來就是 i-131
我跟老公預計12月回台灣補請歸寧
看樣子我似乎需要申請131 application for travel document
還是有可能我12月以前就拿到綠卡
這樣我就不需要申請131?
如果需要申請的話
表格上要填理由 不知道wedding banquet對他們來說是不是很不緊急的理由
我需要填一些緊急理由嗎?
還有 我的application type 是要選
a. permenant resident or conditional resident applying for reentry permit
還是
d. applying for an advance document to allow me to return to US
