結婚綠卡面試資料疑問 - 移民

最近在準備面試的資料有些疑問（終於輪到我了T_T）

1. A completed I-864 with all required evidence, for each of your sponsors
‧ Tax return and W2
‧ Letters from current employer
‧ Evidence of your sponsors US citizenship

這部分我們之前就有送件也有補件過

我的sponsor有老公和他家人

可是問題是我老公在之前補件後過沒多久就被laid off

現在算是self employed在開Uber

老公家人的工作則是沒變動

請問我還要再準備一次老公部分(或家人也要)的文件嗎？


2. All the documentation establishing your eligibility for lawful permanent re
sident status

請問這個要的是什麼呢？有點看不懂...


3. Your spouses/petitioners birth certificate and evidence of US citizenship

這邊petitioner應該也是只我老公對吧？

老公是美國出生的公民

出生證明可以申請的到 可是他的護照 去年十一月中過期了

請問還可以當evidence of US citizenship用嗎？

不能的話要用什麼呢？
