這跟華人區的有點不太一樣,
是舊用戶推薦新用戶吧
新用戶會收到信,好像也必須要加入這個refer program

除了被推薦人要是剛辦30天內的新用戶,
還有一些限制
比如說被推薦人的email不可在AT&T的list上
推薦人一年只能推薦四(新)或五(舊用戶)個有效推薦者
Go Phone可能不行
